The third winery is called Tapiz. We didn't visit the winery itself but the Club Tapiz which is surrounded by some of its vines but has a restaurant a small number of wonderful rooms (at 200 USD per night!), not a bad place to stay!
The buildings are very old made of adobe (now reinforced, with this being a seismic area) and we saw some of the old days winery...
Refurnished beautifully!
And as there are lots of olive trees around Mendoza we did a small tasting of Olive oil...
And finally had a very nice 4 step lunch with the attached wines of the winery for each course...
(steak number two, not as nice as the first one but still...)
