Miercoles, 3 Septiembre, Vinos de Mendoza (I)

Ok, so one of the main reasons why I decided to include Mendoza in my itinerary for this trip was to have a look at the surrounding wine land that produces the most famous Argentinian wine, Medoza's Malbec. Which I personally quite enjoy.

For this I had a look at the internet suggested tours (Lonely Planet Guide and and ended up going for a (quite pricey, 100 GBP) Trout & Wine tour of the Lujan del Cuyo area, the most traditional of the surrounding places. These guys offer tours in English (which fair enough I didn't need) and provided all transport good guides and an included lunch, and mainly I just felt like going for the easy option. In any case, I went to a couple of places on Tuesday and after talking to them I settled for this one and paid, interestingly enough via PayPal as through this option, as with paying in US dollars, you get a discount (so much for your Visa hey?).
